Key aspects to note:

  

Scope of Services

  • The learner / student will receive academic support in agreed subjects via  online group tutoring sessions.
  • Services may include live lessons, pre-recorded content, informal assessments, and feedback.

  Responsibilities: Student:

  • The student must attend sessions on time and complete assigned work.
  • The student must behave in a respectful manner toward the tutor and other participants at all times.
  • Keep microphones muted when not speaking and follow online etiquette.

Technology Requirements

  • Clients must ensure access to a stable internet connection and a compatible device such as desktop, laptop or smartphone for all online sessions.
  • The platform is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side.
  • The client / learner / student must have access to the internet for the sessions.
  • The client / learner / student must purchase their own data for the online sessions.
  • Learners should log in 5 minutes before each session to resolve any technical issues.


Confidentiality & Privacy

  • The company subscribes to the POPI Act
  • All personal and academic information is kept confidential.
  • Sessions may not be recorded without prior consent.
  • Sessions, screenshots, or teaching materials may not be recorded, shared, or distributed without written consent.
